All our trustees are volunteers who are passionate about food growing and ensuring we meet our goals as an organisation in a responsible way. Each trustee is responsible for maintaining high standards of corporate governance, overseeing everything we do and making sure the organisation stays on track, spends money wisely, and achieves its goals.

JOIN OUR TEAM – Board of Trustees
Cultivate Aberdeen is looking to recruit up to three new Trustees to join its Board. We are at an exciting stage of delivering our vision of creating kind, confident, and connected communities through the power of food-growing by providing food-growing and sustainable practice education and facilities to local areas across Aberdeen.
We are looking to hear from people across Aberdeen who share in our vision and who will bring diverse perspectives to Cultivate. You do not need to have experience of being on a Board, as our current Board will provide you with all the support you need, and ongoing training is available. We are especially looking for people with experience of skills in grant writing or community fundraising, digital, legal, or, of course, growing.
